This two-day course will include physical intervention skills training, and other areas such as considerations in dealing with 14 to 18 year olds, and first aid awareness.
No formal assessment, however, an Alternative assessment may be designed by the teacher to gauge students’ understanding of material.
This may be a mixture of open-ended questions, written compositions, oral presentations, projects, experiments, and portfolios of student work. Also Performance tasks and Self- and peer-evaluation.
