This one-day course is designed anyone who needs to write witness statements to support investigations. By the end of the course you will be able to appreciate the importance of witness statements in Investigations; to describe how witness statements may be used in the Criminal Justice Act procedure; to ensure evidence is presented logically and clearly in their statement and to identify people and exhibits in written statements who become volatile and confrontational and potentially result in abuse or violence.
