It comprises of 5 mandatory units which include Level 2 Food Safety and Level 2 Health & Safety qualifications.
Assessment:
The units are assessed using a combination of internal and external assessment. The assessment will be based upon the achievement of all of the specified Learning Outcomes.
This qualification has been designed for people who have not worked in, or need a refresher in hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism, and are looking to secure an entry level job
Centre Assistant -Weekends
£7.50 an hour; Receptionist – 4* Hotel £10 – £12 an hour
Level 3 Certificate in Workplace Assessment QCF; Level 4 Diploma in Hospitality Management QCF
