This course is designed for those who currently hold a First Aid at Work qualification and are due to expire. Successful qualification on this course is based on practical assessments conducted throughout the course and written test papers each day. A three year Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work will be issued to the learner, subject to successful assessment.

Whilst you attend our First Aid at Work Course, over the 3 days you will cover the following; Incident Management, Casualty Head to Toe Survey, CPR, Minor Injuries, Major Illnesses, Head & Chest Injuries, Suspected Spinal Injuries, Burns & Scalds and Sudden Poisoning.
Unit 1- Emergency First Aid in the Workplace
Unit 2- Recognition and Management of Illness and Injury in the Workplace
This First Aid At Work Course is assessed via practical demonstrations/assignments and oral questioning which is assessed by the course tutor.
The course duration is a minimum of 3 days and the qualification is applicable to those who work or intend to work for a range of organisations, as all employers are required by law to offer First Aid provision to their employees.
Centre Coordinator – To be a designated first aider for the centre and a rescuer. £18,000 – £19,000; Deputy Facilities Manager –
£22,000 – £31,000 a year – Undertaking role of Fire Warden and/or First Aider as required).
PSA : Level 2 Award in Activity First Aid (QCF), the Level 3 Award in Paediatric Emergency First Aid (QCF) and the Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (QCF).
